چکیده

An experiment was undertaken at the College of Agriculture, Vellayani, Kerala to study effect organic nutrition on growth attributes and yield taro during 2019-20 2020-21. The treatments comprised six levels sources (S1 - FYM + wood ash; S2 ash PGPR mix I; S3 I vermiwash; S4 Poultry manure S5 S6 vermiwash) two in-situ green manuring (G1 with cowpea; G2 dhaincha ) three controls (C1 Nutrient management through chemical fertilizers as per KAU PoP (80:25:100 kg NPK ha-1); C2 (Adhoc); C3 Absolute control). During both years, highest plant height recorded application poultry along ash, PGPR-mix vermiwash (S6) all stages crop growth. Cormel also for source years. In-situ (G2) found superior cowpea in producing taller plants, more leaves cormel treatment S6G2 equally effective nutrient existing Adhoc absolute control case parameters yield. Based results it can be concluded that involving manure, I, situ dhiancha adopted cultivation taro.
